U.S. and Canadian orders over USD 100+ qualify for free standard shipping.

Most orders leave our warehouse the next business day. Unless another method is chosen at checkout, your parcel travels by Standard Service, and once dispatched it usually arrives within 15 business days. Nothing is shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, so anything placed between Friday and Sunday goes out on Monday.

Kindly note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

Any customs duties or additional charges resulting from a delivery failure caused by the customer are not our responsibility.

Although we do everything possible to get your order to you on schedule, Popilush cannot be held liable for circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions and similar events. 

For US shipping: free standard delivery takes 2-5 business days.

For international shipping: standard delivery takes 20-25 business days.

Keep in mind that this shipping time excludes weekends as well as the usual 1-2 business days of processing needed to fulfill an order.

A tracking number is assigned to each package at the moment it is dispatched. 

An email with your tracking number and a link for checking the status will be sent to you.
